Daily Maintenance
Cleaning and Inspection: After each use, clean the surface of the apparatus and check whether the bolts and terminals of each component are loose, and whether the coaxiality of the coupling or the belt tension meets the standards.
Seal Inspection: Check O-rings, shaft seals, and other seals; replace them promptly if hardening or cracking is found. Vacuum Monitoring: Record parameters such as vacuum level and motor current to ensure no abnormal fluctuations.
Regular Maintenance
Monthly Maintenance: Clean the inlet filter; if clogged, backflush with compressed air; replace if damaged. Check the lubrication system; for oil-lubricated models, check the oil level; for dry-type models, check the bearing grease.
Quarterly Maintenance: Test the viscosity and acid value of the lubricating oil; replace immediately if the viscosity change exceeds 15%. Clean the cooling system; descale water-cooled models; clean dust from the heat sinks of air-cooled models.
Annual/Medium-to-Long-Term Maintenance: Completely change the oil and clean the oil chamber; for dry screw pumps, disassemble and check the clearance between the screw and the pump chamber. Use a megohmmeter to test the insulation of the motor windings; if below the standard value, dry them. Disassemble and inspect the bearing wear; replace aged bearings.
