Soil uniaxial compression deformation rebound modulus (Poisson's ratio) tester
PRoduct description
The Uniaxial Compression Bending-Tension Tester is suitable for testing axial forces on specimens under uniaxial compressive stress.
It measures the unconfined compressive strength of specimens.
It measures flexural strength, the axial compressive strength of cylinders, and the static compressive elastic modulus, providing basic parameters for determining loading standards. The test is conducted using the three-point compression method.
The flexural-tensile rebound modulus under static load using the three-point loading method is measured.
Performance Features and Functions
1. Automatic Tensile Testing Machine mainly consists of a main unit, compression and bending-tension mechanism units, an automatic control system unit, a computer, and a dedicated software and data acquisition system unit.
2. The Soil uniaxial tensile strength instrument is driven by a servo/variable frequency motor. The motor drives the cantilever up and down through the transmission mechanism to realize the test loading process. The instrument adopts a full digital closed-loop control system for control and measurement. The computer is used to dynamically display the test process and test curves, and perform data processing. After the test, the data can be re-analyzed and edited to achieve the best product performance.

3. Uniaxial compression test function
(1) Constant loading force to collect displacement and deformation.
(2) Constant displacement: Collect force and deformation, measure peak value tracking, and measure residual force.
(3) Beam specimen: 50×50×200mm; 100×100×400mm; 150×150×550mm (for bending test)
(4) Cylindrical specimen: φ150×150mm; φ100×100mm (for compression strength, deformation, and splitting test)
(5) Cylindrical specimen: φ150×300mm (for axial compression and elastic modulus test)
(6) Cylindrical specimen: φ150×300mm (for Poisson's ratio test)
(7) Test and measurement equipment is selected based on the above specimens: bending, compression deformation, splitting, axial compression, elastic modulus, and Poisson's ratio test and measurement equipment.
