Low Temperature Storage Asphalt Stability Testing Machine
Working principle
Generally, the modified asphalt sample is placed in a specific container (such as an aluminum metal tube), heated to a specified temperature and maintained for a certain period of time, so that the modified asphalt undergoes a storage process at high temperature, and then observes and detects the performance difference between the upper and lower parts of the sample, such as the difference in softening point, to judge the storage stability of the modified asphalt.
Structural composition
- Heating system: composed of a heating furnace, heating wire, etc., which can make the sample evenly heated at a set temperature.
- Temperature control system: including temperature sensors, controllers, etc., which can accurately control and display the heating temperature to ensure temperature stability.
- Sample container: usually an aluminum metal tube that meets the standard requirements, with a suitable height-to-diameter ratio, which is convenient for sample loading and unloading and test operation.
- Brackets and fixtures: used to support and fix the sample container to ensure the stability of the container during the test.
Technical parameters
1. Container height: 166mm
2. Container diameter: Φ62mm
3. Container volume: 500ml
4. Asphalt weight: 350g
5. Rotation speed: 0~2000rpm
6. Heating temperature: 20~300℃±1℃, can be set arbitrarily
7. Power supply voltage: 220V
8. Nitrogen tank optional, pressure 0~21MPa, flow adjustable

Maintenance

- Regular cleaning: remove dust, oil and asphalt residue on the surface and inside of the instrument to keep the instrument clean.
- Check components: regularly check the heating system, temperature control system, sample container and other components, and replace damaged or aging components in time.
- Calibrate the instrument: regularly calibrate the temperature control system and other components according to the standard requirements to ensure accurate instrument measurement.
- Proper storage: When the instrument is not in use, it should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated environment to prevent moisture and corrosion.
