Liquid Petroleum Product Oil Emulsified Asphalt Distillation Apparatus for Lab

Designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of T0632 "Liquid Petroleum Asphalt Distillation Test" in the national industry standard JTJ052 "Highway Engineering Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture Test Procedure", it is suitable for determining the fraction content of liquid petroleum asphalt.

    Technical parameters

    1. Working power supply: AC 220V±10%, 50Hz.
    2. Thermometer: 0~360℃, graduation 1℃, in line with the provisions of the distillation thermometer in the national standard GB514 "Technical Conditions for Liquid Thermometers for Petroleum Product Testing".
    3. Distillation flask: Made of hard glass, heat-resistant above 500℃, the ball diameter of the bottle is Φ69mm±1mm, and the neck thickness of the bottle is Φ16mm±1mm.
    4. Condenser and bracket: The condenser is composed of a Φ12.5±0.5 glass tube and is supported by two brackets.
    5. Heating thermostat: It is composed of a heating furnace and a thyristor thermostat circuit box, with a power of 1000W/220V and an adjustable heating rate.
    6. Measuring cylinder: There are two types: 100 ml and 10 ml, with a graduation of 0.5 ml.

    It is made of hard glass and can endure a temperature higher than 500 ℃. The diameter of the ball section of the flask is 102±2.0 mm, and the neck of the flask is 25±1.2 mm. The angle between branch tube and flask neck is 75±3°

    0~360 ℃, scale division is 1 ℃

    Condensation tube and holder

    The Condensation tube is composed of Φ12.5±0.5 glass tube, and it is supported by two holders

    Heating temperature adjustment device

    It is composed of heating furnace and silicon control rectifier temperature adjustment circuit case. Its power is 1000 W/220V. The heating speed is adjustable

    Graduated flask

    The graduated flask is 100 ml, and scale division is 0.5 ml

    Connection tube
