Automatic testing device for soil (coarse-grained soil, gravel) permeability coefficient Test Equipment

The Soil Permeability Tester is used to measure the hydraulic permeability, interface-to-bottom permeability, and seepage performance of grouting, expansion, and curing agents in soils (coarse-grained soils and gravel) under constant and variable head pressures.

    Equipment composition

    The permeability tester consists of a water tank, a constant water pressure device, a specimen sleeve, a sleeve cover, a rubber seal, a micro-differential pressure gauge, a porous plate, a latex membrane, a vacuum pump, a valve, connecting pipes, a pore pressure acquisition device, and data acquisition software.

    TECHNICAL PARAMETER

    1. Electric Pressure Test Pump:
    Maximum operating permeate pressure: 0.8 MPa;
    Water pressure range: 0-800 kPa; adjustable constant permeate pressure;
    Air pump power: 0.75 kW; Voltage: 220V 50 Hz.
    2. Steel Cylinder:
    The upper cylinder has an inner diameter of 180 mm + 0.2 mm and is divided into two sections.
     It is 250 mm high and features a third pressure tap located 20 mm above the perforated plate, a second pressure tap located 120 mm above the perforated plate, and a first pressure tap located 180 mm above the perforated plate.
    The lower cylinder is 250 mm high, with a 10 mm thick wall and bottom. A water inlet is located near the bottom, and a fourth pressure tap located 20 mm below the perforated plate.
    The upper flange has an outer diameter of 240 mm and an inner diameter of 220 mm. Eight screw holes are located around the perimeter for lid attachment. The steel drum lid is 240 mm in diameter and has eight half-openings around the perimeter for fixing screws. It is 10 mm thick and has outlets for water and a vacuum pump connection at 60 mm intervals.
    Specimen dimensions (optional): Φ150 × 150 mm (JTG3420-2020); φ100 × 50 mm (CJJ/T135-2009).
    Perforated plate dimensions: φ180 mm, 10 mm thick.

    3. Permeation test accessories:
    Graduate cylinder, 50 ml capacity, 0.1 ml accuracy.
    4. Soft bladder:
    This is a long, hollow bladder made of latex. When inflated, it has an inner diameter of 150 mm, an outer diameter of 182 mm, and a height of 150 mm. The pressure generated by inflation seals the gap between the specimen wall and the drum, preventing water from passing through.
    5. Vacuum Pump:
    Evacuation Rate: 3.6/h
    Ultimate Vacuum: -0.1 MPa to 0, adjustable
    Power: 150W
    Refueling Volume: 150ml
    Voltage: 220V 50Hz
    Accuracy: 0.25; Response Time: ≤0.5 seconds;
    Operating Environment: -10°C to 60°C
    6. Pore Pressure Data Acquisition Instrument, Software, and Four Micro-Differential Manometers: Pressure sensor range: -100 to 300 kPa, repeatability: ±0.02 kPa, automatically acquires specimen pore pressure changes, records them, and analyzes the time.
    7. Specimen Vacuum Saturation Device (Optional): Convenient for pre-saturating specimens to shorten test time. The saturation chambers are made of acrylic glass, with a capacity of 4300ml x 2.
    The vacuum pressure range is -0.1 MPa to 1 standard atmosphere.
    The time setting range is 0 to 99 hours 99 minutes.
    Power Supply: 220V.
