Automatic potable rock direct shear testing apparatus

The rock hydraulic direct shear instrument is a new type of testing instrument for rock mechanics properties developed and produced by our company. The instrument horizontally shear a group of rock specimens of the same type under different normal loads, and determines the shear strength parameters of the rock based on the expression of Coulomb's law. Suitable for direct shear tests on rock structural surfaces (such as joint surfaces, bedding surfaces, foliation surfaces, splitting surfaces, etc.), the rock itself, and the bonding surfaces between concrete or mortar and rock.

This instrument is suitable for conducting shear strength tests on rocks and non-metallic materials with regular shapes such as cylindrical and square shapes.

    Instrument reading value

    This type uses a manual hydraulic pump for pressurization, and the hydraulic pump instrument reads the MPa value for normal and shear loading strength values. The kN value is selected through a calibration conversion table. Normal and shear displacement deformations are manually read using a dial gauge. It mainly consists of normal loading device, horizontal shear loading device, shear box, displacement device (optional) accessories, etc.

    Automatic data collection

    This type uses a manual hydraulic pump to load normal and shear forces, and data acquisition software monitors, collects, and stores normal and shear force values and displacement deformation in real time, forming graphics. The data can be freely exported for future data analysis. It mainly consists of a multi-channel acquisition instrument, computer data acquisition software, normal loading device, horizontal shear loading device, shear box, force sensor, displacement sensor, and corresponding accessories.
