Automatic Lab Horizontal Bitumen Asphalt Drum Mixture Mixer 30L, 60L, 100L
Structural composition
It is usually composed of main parts such as fuselage, motor, reducer, agitator, and discharge door. The agitator mostly adopts a spiral structure, and the blade design is diverse, such as fan-shaped, and some are also equipped with heating, drying and other functions.

Performance characteristics

Good mixing effect: It can fully mix the materials and improve the mixing uniformity. Even if the materials have differences in specific gravity and particle size, they can achieve a good mixing effect, and the mixing uniformity can reach 95%.
Small amount of residue: With the novel rotor structure, the minimum gap between the rotor and the cylinder can be adjusted to near zero, effectively reducing the amount of material residue.
Wide range of applications: It can be used for mixing various materials such as powder + powder, powder + liquid (a small amount), powder + particles, etc. It can also handle paste, viscous or high-density materials. It is suitable for food, chemical, feed, construction and other industries.
Convenient unloading: When the mixer is finished mixing, the concrete is basically piled up near the unloading door. The unloading time is short. The unloading door controlled by the electrical device can be adjusted, and the unloading door will not be stuck when closed.
Maintenance
Lubrication and maintenance: The shaft bears the entire load of the machine. Good lubrication is essential for the life of the bearing. The injected lubricating oil must be clean and the seal must be good.
Component inspection: The newly installed wheel hoops are prone to loosening and need to be checked frequently; pay attention to whether the various parts of the machine are working normally, check the wear degree of the easily worn parts, and replace the worn parts at any time.
Cleaning work: The plane of the chassis where the movable device is placed should be free of dust and other objects to prevent the movable bearing from being unable to move on the chassis when the machine encounters materials that cannot be broken, causing serious accidents.
